Cancellation and Participation Policy

We maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure fairness to all our guests and team.

• Cancellations and Changes: Any cancellations or changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the full tour fee.
• Incomplete Tours: Refunds are not available for incomplete tours. Please review the tour description carefully to determine if you can meet the physical requirements.
• Tour Participation: This is a physically demanding experience. Guides may decide to turn guests back if they are unable to keep pace with the group for safety and scheduling reasons. Refunds will not be provided if you are unable to participate on the day of the tour.

Weather Policy

Tour Adjustments or Cancellations:

Although we go out rain or shine, we will not operate tours during any of the following conditions:

• Rising river levels deemed unsafe.
• Thunderstorms, lightning, or high winds.
• Active weather advisories, including flood warnings or severe weather alerts.

Please note that flash floods can occur even on sunny days. Our guides constantly monitor river levels and weather conditions during the tour and will make safety-driven decisions as needed.

Turning Back Due to Weather:

• If a tour must turn back before the hiking portion due to safety concerns, participants will receive a partial refund, as the tour will be considered incomplete.
• If we have to cancel due to weather we will contact you via email and text message as soon as possible.
