Weather Policy

• Tour Adjustments or Cancellations:
  
  • Although we go out rain or shine, we will not operate tours during any of the following conditions:
    • Rising river levels deemed unsafe.
    • Thunderstorms, lightning, or high winds.
    • Active weather advisories, including flood warnings or severe weather alerts.
  • Please note that flash floods can occur even on sunny days. Our guides constantly monitor river levels and weather conditions during the tour and will make safety-driven decisions as needed.
• Turning Back Due to Weather:
  If a tour must turn back before the hiking portion due to safety concerns, participants will receive a partial refund, as the tour will be considered incomplete.

If we have to cancel due to weather we will contact you via email and text message as soon as possible.
